ABOUT US:
SCHWARZ PARTNERS, LP

Schwarz Partners, LP is the holding company for a diversified group of middle market manufacturing, transportation and distribution companies, with locations primarily in the midwestern and southeastern United States. Under the guidance of General Partner Jack Schwarz, the Indianapolis, Indiana-based team of professionals provides managerial, marketing, financial, human resources, accounting and risk management services to the wide array of Schwarz Partners' companies.

Jack Schwarz originally founded a company called CeCorr, Inc. in 1977. CeCorr, Inc. manufactured and sold corrugated sheets to independent box converters. From startup in 1977, Schwarz and his Chicago-based partners eventually grew the company to be the largest independent manufacturer of corrugated paperboard in the United States. By 1998, CeCorr had over 850 employees, fifteen plants stretching from Boston, MA to Los Angeles, CA and sales approaching $350 million. Schwarz and his partners sold the company to Georgia-Pacific Corporation, a leading integrated manufacturer of packaging products, in June 1998.

Notwithstanding the sale of CeCorr, Schwarz enjoys the business world! In July, 1998, he founded Schwarz Partners, LP to be the platform for a new type of company he hoped to create. Schwarz and his team of professionals, several who followed him from CeCorr, set out to find the most creative companies for purchase. They seek out partnerships with the most innovative and determined entrepreneurs and managers.

The results of these efforts is that, in eight years, Schwarz Partners and its investment companies have grown from zero in sales and three employees on July 1, 1998 to nearly $400 million in sales and over 1200 employees in 2007.

...and we're still growing!!!
